Service was great, but your customer waiting areas are not well thought out for customers who are seniors. It might serve your clients better if there were some high back seating for those of us with back issues. I myself have Osteoporosis and Arthritis and it’s very difficult to manage having to sit without being able to lean back to help support your upper back and shoulders. All of your seating is mid to lower back and and it’s
really uncomfortable if you’re service is lengthy…..Just a suggestion !!!

It was unclear and not proper explained as to the cost of my service. When I was sent, via text, what they checked and what needed service it had a “total” price which I assumed meant total for everything, because no where else had a price for anything been mentioned. To my UNBELIEVABLE surprise the “total” was only for the the additional service and did not include the basic service which turned out to be around the same so I paid double what I thought I’d be paying - which by the way was already wayyyy too much. I will be getting future somewhere else.
