They supposedly washed my car, however, it was still dirty and not vacuumed well at all. They couldn't gave lifted the mats to vacuum the front and back. This is a recurring issue with my car
at JM LEXUS. Sam was good.

I spoke with the service manager,Chris, and my client specialist Argenis about the issue with my door lock actuator. This was the second time I brought my car to Glendale Lexus for this issue and I was told both times, there's nothing that can be done because the problem wouldn't present when it was with them. My frustration is that the RX door lock actuator problems is a common issue, but my service specialists were not empowered to do any further investigations. They sent me back home with the same problem. Less than 48 hours it was back. My husband called Lexus of Santa Monica and told them the problem. They instantly said not to worry and to bring in my car to get fixed. I didn't need to send a video of the car door lock system not working properly because Santa Monica Lexus knows the issue is real and prevalent. I hope for Lexus of Glendale service department is to be empowered by the GM to actually solve problems that clearly put their customers at risk.
