Was disappointed to see that car was not washed when got in to leave. Had an appointment so no time to come back in. The car only gets washed when I come in for service twice a year, so quite disappointed I missed out this time.

I had a generally positive experience with the service department. The service advisor was excellent—she kept me well-informed throughout the inspection process. The rental process was also smooth and efficient, and I want to commend Sam for his professionalism and prompt assistance.
However, I was very disappointed with the wait time and lack of communication when it came time to pick up my vehicle. Despite my vehicle being completed and ready, I waited approximately 45 minutes without any acknowledgment. It wasn't until a service advisor named Bill noticed me that I was approached, though my vehicle still was not brought around. Ultimately, what appeared to be the dealership owner intervened and ensured the vehicle was brought to me.
What was particularly frustrating was that the service manager passed by multiple times without addressing me or offering any assistance. This lack of communication and attention at the final stage significantly impacted what was otherwise a positive experience
