A major reason I elected to have my vehicle serviced at Crown Lexus was the expectation that my vehicle would receive careful professional servicing. Having my vehicle returned to me with greasy finger smudges on the headliner was disappointing. On a previous service appointment, I received my vehicle with numerous scratches on the right front fender. Apparently no fender protectors were used and the scratches were probably made by a technicians belt buckle. Unfortunately, I did not see the scratches until a week later. At At that point, it is unlikely that the dealership would take responsibility for the damage. I, therefore, I elected not to pursue the matter.
