Key still doesn’t unlock trunk or doors. Have to put key into lock and turn. This is third time and not fixed right. Very disappointed. Have someone call me as this is a safety problem for me and I can’t use trunk for groceries etc.

John was totally accommodating in repairing my new Lexus and getting it returned to me in a timely fashion.i went to get gas for the first time and the mechanism would not open!! He reached out when the car was towed there, communicated once the problem was addressed and when the car was to be returned. My husband, who also has his 4th new Lexus, just had major surgery and John was extremely sensitive to my wanting to have my car repaired as quickly ae possible. Although this was an inconvenience for me John was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks.
