I charged my battery 3 weeks ago and went to the hospital because my daughter heart transplant and when I was ready to leave my car turned on for a second and then went completely dark no power. We tried to jump the vehicle several times and it start for a second a turn off right after. I had to leave my vehicle at the hospital overnight because Lexus refused to tow my vehicle. I can into your facility an spoke to Brandon in the service department and he told me to my face that I am responsible for the vehicle. The battery was the problem there were no other issues with my vehicle. I am highly upset at the fact that Lexus refused to help me. I went back to the hospital and got a tow service to bring my vehicle in and even the tow truck driver clearly knew it was the battery. How could my battery be dead in 3 weeks time. My vehicle never gave me issues until you guys touched it when it came for service and you guys stated my battery needed to be changed I decided to change it then 3 weeks later I am stranded. I have 2 vehicles with you guys and I now have a bad feeling about your dealership. My brother has a TX and he came in for an oil change and they left his oil cap off the vehicle which he did not know the cap was left off until he saw oil dripping on the floor. He needed up getting a new vehicle because of this issue. I don’t know who you guys have working on these vehicles but it needs to be addressed. I am a woman that was left stranded during an emergency. My daughter was getting a heart transplant. I am highly disappointed with the service team that refused to help me. I don’t know if I will continue to bring my vehicle to JM Lexus at this point I may need to go to Pembroke Pines. This Brandon character needs proper training on how to deal with customers. He gave no solution or even tried to resolve the issue other than telling me I need to tow it on my own. In the end it’s was your dealership that was at fault for the battery issues. What took place with my vehicle had nothing to do with me. Maico was very helpful and I will deal with him anytime. Brandon needs to take a page out of Maico book as to how to deal with customers. Please speak to Maico directly so he can let you know what was wrong with my vehicle. If there are any misspelled words please forgive me as I am in a rush writing this review.
