Really frustrating that the time quote was so off. I was 30 mins early, was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I didn’t even find out what needed to be serviced until well over an hour and a half. Then waiting for it to be done… I was there almost 4 hours. I could have been home - doing errands, chores, preparing food for my family. It’s very frustrating to have a time estimate so far off. I will never stay on site again while I wait.

Terrible customer service was provided. Randy was difficult to get a hold of during working hours. There was a lack of communication regarding which procedures were performed, and which parts I was actually being charged for. For example, multiple gaskets were charged to my account, but Randy did not communicate to me that they would be charged when we verbally went over the parts that needed to be purchased. Additionally, the inspection found that my tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced. This fell through the cracks, as Randy did not follow up on this after I had specifically requested to have them checked out. He must have seen that they were not covered by the warranty and failed to address the issue to me. It was not listed on the recommended parts list either, therefore I did not known that the issue was unaddressed. Also, paperwork was not returned to me regarding the work that was done and charged to my account, as well as what was covered under the warranty (the front desk staff did not return it to me after I lent it to them. This is a packet that had a yellow ticket on it). I paid way too much money to be treated so carelessly. 0/10 for customer service .
