Kristopher seemed as if he was in a hurry and didn’t really care what was going on. In all the times I’ve been coming to your dealership other employees have gone above and beyond for me. This was the first time I had to do a road test with the service tech (which was fine), and then when the tech found heard the noise I was talking about we brought my car back and when kristopher was told that they did hear the noise he simply just asked if it was safe to drive and didn’t even consider keeping my car until Monday so that I wouldn’t have to bring it back again. So now I had to make another appointment for next Saturday (I can’t take time off work) and waste time coming back in and waiting again.

Daven jumped in for Tim and is making it right and will follow up with me next week. Their was a typo from my previous service stating “I hit a box” that caused some issues for me today because I haven’t hit a box or anything like that. Also, with today’s service inspectors, they made no indication that push pins were missing from my front bumper and had not in previous services. This causes alarm if I am coming in for a bumper issue and they made no note of it. Daven said he is going to talk with someone about that. I have had issues with cars in the past at other car dealerships not making note of what was done, missing, or not done to my car resulting in a wheel falling off. This makes me nervous because I don’t know if those clips and push pins are important or if it is cause for my bumper to fall off.
