I feel he is an honest service writer, who a customer can trust. If he says my car needs something, I have no problem just telling him to do it. I feel he is not dishonestly upselling me something I dont need. This is different than some of your other service writers, who have dishonestly, fraudulently, upsold me things I did not need, and prevoiusly caused me to not want to use your dealership for service.
