They are the only team I want to deal with on my 1992 SC400 which I purchased new from Tustin Lexus and AJ Dmato 27 years ago.

Car today over $1600.00. I love my car and the style of it so I bring it to Lexus
since day one. I don’t care for the new 350 RX with the black hole in front (grill).
I love the size of my car. I drove the 2020 RX 350 but it becomes too long in the
garage. It is not a mid size when you add all the space ship design and too much
plastic molding. So I will wait for anew design.

New car, less than 1 month out of the dealership with a continuing check engine problem. Service wanted to keep the car for 3 or 4 weeks because the part needed had been back ordered!!?!
This makes no sense. My prior experience with service was a two hour wait for a second key to be made because the original seller ( not South County) couldn’t
find the second key. My 13 year old Prius was a wonderfully unobtrusive car, happy with 5000 mile service and no problems.

I love my Lexus and I love my Lexus dealership. Paul Kim is an amazing service representative. I trust him and he explains every detail to me. I know I can trust him to guide me in keeping my car in tip top shape. I am a single female and need someone to guide me and not take advantage of me. I always run everything through my brother that lives out of state. Paul has never taken advantage of my lack of “auto” knowledge. The trust I feel with Paul keeps me coming back to my dealership.

RGD was such a Gentleman, listened, understood , even when I explained I was getting a migraine.
It's not at all easy driving into lexus or lexus service not having a husband anymore, not knowing exactly what the car needs, or if you'll be taken advantage of, if some man will listen. Not everyone does.
At this point in my life I needed to rely on whatever service assistant I hot. I feel fortunate that it was RGD!
