My concern has nothing to do with my Service Rep, or the Service itself provided by the dealership. I had called a day earlier to speak to my Service Rep, and the person that answered the phone failed to inform me that my Rep was not working that day and just forwarded my call to my Rep’s phone, so I never got a timely response to my call. As a result, I had to take my car to another vendor to complete part of my service, which was approximately $1,000 in value.
