The service receipt indicated that “Customer declined recommended service” . I was given the notification by voicemail but did not decide before pick up. When the vehicle was brought in, Rick inquired if there were any issues I needed addressed. I spoke of the front right plastic under-carriage covering “hanging down” which could be seen from where we were sitting and speaking. Rick quickly acknowledged this and responded that he would have the service tech address it with placing a couple of screws. This was not performed. I was satisfied with the rental late model Lexus Nx SUV provided.
