My wife’s phone number is on the account (****-****-xxxx). However, since my wife had to work, I brought the vehicle in for the fuel pump recall service. I advised Rick that I would wait for the vehicle and specifically requested that he call or text me at ****-****-xxxx (my cell #) when the vehicle is ready. I sat in your waiting area until 10:50 am when my wife texted me to advise that she received a text message at 9:45 am advising that the car was ready. My wife did not retrieve the text until 10:50 am in that her job does not allow her to access her phone until her breaks. So I wasted an hour of my morning sitting in your waiting area due to Rick’s failure to simply call me as we discussed at 8:00 am that morning. Thank you.
