I’ve come to expect an outstanding experience every time i use South County Lexus’s service group. Scott Monge certainly is at the top of his peers in his knowledge, willingness to please the customer and meeting customer needs.
Everyone in the department is highly customer oriented and seem their major objective is to make the customer happy...this is my 4th Lexus and it will not be my last.

Little upset on not putting things back the way was when I brought my car in for service check.
Also I did call Monday and explained that I would be picking up my vehicle at 5pm Tuesday
The last time I had service there
the service person that handle me made sure my vehicle would be wash before I got there to pick up my vehicle.
But I do want to add the service person did asked today if I wanted it wash but i had to be at work and I was in a hurry and couldn't wait for it to be wash.
