Getting my Lexus serviced at South County Lexus at Mission Viejo was one of the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. From Vanessa‘a greeting at arrival to Scott Monge super fast processing of Service documentations to get me on my way, to the very nice and comfortable Customer lounge, the overall experience was very pleasant. Everyone was very professional. The loaner car differentiates South County amongst other car dealerships. When I picked up my car, it had been washed. I highly recommend South County Lexus at Mission Viejo and will return for future maintenance needs for my Lexus.
