When I purchased my vehicle on Saturday it didn’t have a 2nd key. So, I was told that you would get me one on Monday. Customer service called me to make an appointment on Monday, but you didn’t have many available time slots to choose from, so I chose 7am so that I could go to work afterwards. I arrived at 7am and was told to wait in the lounge area. After approx 40 minutes I was told that my 2nd key was not available and that I would have to come back. I wasn’t too happy that I had to get up early, waited for 40 minutes and have to come back. Also, when I purchased my car carpeted mats were supposed to be included but there were only rear mats in my car. My sales person did notify Service and a new set of mats were waiting for me. I will say that everyone was super nice, but this was inconvenient. A 2nd key is being ordered and they will call me back when it arrives to set up another appointment.

Having a returning maintainance customer wait 1 and 1/2 hr. to check and make sure the tire pressures were correct before a major trip seemed excessive, though I do realize it was free and somehow the car got washed.

I was told that Even though I’ve barely put any miles on the vehicle, I had to bring it for service because 6 months had gone by since the last checkup, and if I didn’t it would void the warranty. The service wasn’t free, it was $250, and they didn’t even clean the car inside. So I feel bullied into coming in for something That was non-essential, especially during this Covid time. Not happy at all.
