Usually they do a courtesy wash, but it felt like because I was only getting an inspection done, and no specific service they were just trying to get me out of there as fast as possible.
Very disappointed, service is usually much more professional than it was for this visit.

Just a heads up that my loaner car must have missed the prep stage. It was really dirty inside and out, and only had a 24 mile range on the gas- the gauge was on E. But this isn’t a complaint; I’m extremely grateful that Lexus provides a free loaner! It’s one of the reasons I keep buying a Lexus every few years.
