I’m unhappy with how gross my car was when I got it back - especially because if just been to the car wash before dropping it off. There was dust/debris all over the dashboard and interior. Someone had attempted to clean the inside windows, but there were really bad streaks to the point I had to pull over on the way home to wipe down my inside front windshield in order to drive home safely.
Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

RGD (I believe that is what he goes by) was very welcoming and treated me very well, and did his best to help me out with a discount on my car as some more issues popped up that I got fixed up. Overall, I am very happy with how everything went and this location has wonderful customer service in their service department. The gentlemen who move the cars as well were very nice to me and made sure I was being helped. Thank you!

I dropped off my car on Wednesday, 12/30, and he indicated to me that I needed brakes on my car and he would call me on Monday when my car was ready. I never heard back from him. I called him at 1:30 pm and left a message for him to return my call and he didn’t. I called again at 3:00 and was told by someone else that my car was ready and was actually ready in the morning for pickup. I never heard from him and this completely ruined all my plans for the day! I have never received such poor service from Metro Lexus in the 15 years I’ve been there!!
