I give you a ten for service manager but I am VERY DISSATISFIED in calling Lexus customer service I got email to remind me of my RX service but had not heard anything about service on my ES I asked and was told I was 2 days over grace period for 1 year service on my ES so I would not get it complimentary and would cost $229 instead of free I was told to call Lexus customer service to see if I could still get complimentary since I was isolated for Covid, am over 70 years old and had hardly driven the ES I’m now comfortable to come in for service because I got vaccinated I waited on hold 15 min before agent answered then another hour of mostly waiting on hold to be told n the end they’d refer to tech team to see why I didn’t get email but as for getting charges waived for service that was 1 year complimentary, i’d have to go ahead and get service, pay for it and then call back again and ask for refund I said you couldn’t tell me that right away rather than having me waiting and on the phone almost an hour and a half while sitting in the dealership waiting room!!! When I told service manager he said he understood why I was upset and he wondered if it was because it was late in the day!! I said I started the call at 3:19pm I don’t consider that late I told service manager my last three cars purchased have been Lexus but if I have to wait another hour and a half on phone to get my service complimentary given the circumstances of COVID, my elderly age, very little mileage on car, and no email notification My next car will not be a Lexus! I like the looks of the Tesla so maybe it’s time to change! If you want to discuss my number is ****-****-xxxx
