Wanted to reschedule, lady said she will talk to manager and call back, never did. I called back after couple hours and got hung up on. Never was treated that way when I went to Lexus dealer in Massachusetts when I lived there. Wound recommend.

I am not happy with this car because when the speed gets to 50 up and to 70 there is wind noise come from driver side, and the service manager Mr . Drew Jacobson said he can't do anything about it.i should speak to higher management or lexus or take legal action. thanks Shahpour N
