Jeff Miller (along with Cordis Bunch, although he didn’t service me this time), are simply the best, always go the extra mile and even better, I trust both of them implicitly. Jeff predicted my car’s issue, and he was spot-on. Now as to Lexus, I’m very unhappy with them as they turned down my defective carpet issue…unheard of reasoning because they’ve never seen it before and something MUST HAVE been spilled on it…but there’s no evidence of that. Evidence is they don’t want to pony up for ~$2,500 repair. But none of that reflects on Jeff—he’s the best! Don’t lose him or I’ll go elsewhere for Lexus service (I truly would).
