They damaged my vehicle. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle when I brought it in. I was from out of town and my dash said oil maintenance required, so I located the Lexus and took my vehicle there. After I left Lexis, my car was making a loud roaring noise whenever I pushed on the gas, that it was not making before I took my vehicle to Lexus. Now I am stranded because my engine light has come on and my car has been making these sounds that I’ve never heard it make before. They did something to my vehicle at Lexis because there was no problem with my car.

Jeff was phenomenal! Unfortunately the processes used by the service department do not meet the expectations of a long time.customer. Inaccurate readings by service techs, scheduling inefficiency, inventory mismanagement are but a few of the problems I was confronted with. That aside, Jeff Miller was outstanding. He listened researched and went above and beyond to resolve the numerous issues that we were confronted with.
