A lot of room for improvement with respect to accepting coupons and acknowledging payments made using your texting service. Arguing that I provide you with a print out of a coupon you emailed to me is absolutely ludicrous. Why would you or I waste the paper? Why wouldn’t you know what your own coupon offers are? It makes no sense. Making me then find the email and email it to you not once but twice while standing in the service area so you could then print it out was even crazier. #disappointed
