The loaner car had less than 1/4 of a tank and required me to put gas in. In addition, there were coffee stains and finger prints on the navigation screen which leads me to believe it wasn’t cleaned. During COVID I would think Lexus would be more cautious in wiping the car down before the next customer. When I returned to pick up my car it had not been washed. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with service.
