My concerns have been in detailed emails to Drew the Service manager and Lexus as a whole. Every repair is escalated and l seems to be dismissed and everyone involved seems to look for a reason to not be covered. Have brought car multiple times on same issues. Lexus corporate and or dealer I feel is targeting myself and or lc500 owners, treating me different then normal population and do not seem to want to repair this car under warranty due to the expensive nature parts or saying “they are all bad like that” I have had the worst experience on my first Lexus I am afraid to stand up for my rights in fear of being further blackishes or refused service. I have submitted a ticket to Lexus corporate after much patience has ran out. Very disappointed in how I have been made to feel like I am a. Problem and an annoyance for wanting my LC to be right and Lexus brand is not holding up to their reputation overall for me in my first 6 months of ownership. I have also been told I am a lesser owner before I bought it used at 8100 miles as if I am penalized. for not buying it new.

I had to bring my car in because of a noise. In had the wiper blades replaced and the original bill showed $28.80 for labor while the blades were only $19.98. Why would this charge even be put on the bill and yes it was taken off. Along with the $10 charge for having my car delivered back to me I feel I was being nickeled and dimed for services that use to be courtesy services!

I blew a tire this morning and it just happened to be right in front Metro Lexus. They came instantly to my rescue and were able to replace both rear tires in no time. I am a loyal Volvo driver, so unfortunately you won’t see me in a Lexus. BUT your service is Phenomenal!!! (Better than I experienced at Volvo)
