My last experience at this dealership was very poor. At this visit Cassie restored my belief in quality service. She and the gentleman she was working with (sorry I don’t know his name) went way above and beyond in making me feel welcome, confident, and satisfied with this visit. I had planned for this to be my last appointment at this dealership, but I am reconsidering this decision based on the professionalism extended to me. Please thank Cassie and her coworker for their efforts.

I usually am a pretty patient and understanding person. I don’t however like how the service department operates. Besides the time when I purchased my vehicle, every time I’ve been back has been a nightmare. This time in particular, I scheduled an appointment to get my curbed wheel fixed and check on my maintenance. I’ve only had the car for 1 year so I knew I was coming up on my 10k maintenance. The advisor checked their system and was very confused as to why I had gotten my 10k service done when I was only at 4K miles. Unable to figure this out, she got two other managers to look at this as I waited for a half hour. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, was told the guy who does the wheel repair was there on Wednesdays. I asked when can I expect for this to be done so I can plan on picking it up and being free? I was told by the advisor that it would be done Wednesday. I never received any call on Wednesday to come pick up my car. I called on Thursday for an update since I had not heard anything. The woman I spoke with could not give me an update because the advisor that had helped me on Tuesday was “not at her desk” and she couldn’t tell me what was going on with my car and would have to give me a call back. She called me back a hour later and I missed the call. I called her back 1 minute later and no one answered. I left a voicemail and tried calling again 6 minutes later but still no answer and no returned call. I then called again Friday morning, no answer. I called into the main line, explained my issue and that I just wanted an update since I was expecting my car to be finished two days prior, and was transferred to the same woman who was not answering calls or voicemails. I ended up having an email sent to the manager after all of this frustration, and got a call back. I was told the car would be ready between 2-2:30. I didn’t get a call until 5.
The communication is so far below the standard I would have expected from a high end dealership. I’ve never experienced such bad miscommunication from a car dealership and am really disappointed.

It took an excessive time to cordinate maintenance and collision damage, everyone seemed very busy. Car was not very clean when returned lots of bird droppings, driver's side floors was full of gravel Don't you clean floor mats anymore. I took my car in a week before and they left a hose loose. I had to take off a day from work for the check engine light to find out it was a loose hose from when I took it in the week before. Completely Lexus fault… Terrible inconvenience, probably will take my car somewhere else next time.
