When we arrived we didnt have an appointment. We did not know they took lunch for an hour. It was our first experience at this dealership. They immediately stated. we close for lunch for an hour and we are too busy and probably can't take your car. First impression not great. We explained to them that we would leave the car until 5pm and there was no rush. Then they said oh maybe we can take it let me check. Ultimately, they took it but not a great first impression. Not sure we will use this dealership again.
