Jeff was absolutely amazing to work with. Metro Lexus has completely blown me away with their service department staff, and more importantly, the knowledge of service required for each vehicle. Jeff also took the time to explain why I needed a four wheel alignment on a 2022 ES 350 with only 5,000 miles. I wasn’t happy about the cost, but was extremely pleased with Jeff and the service department’s dedication on making my visit pleasant.
