The cost of the service was a bit steep at over $370.00, especially since I had just had a service done in February; however, I guess this is a requirement if you are purchasing your leased car. The service itself was excellent as always and my car came back to me looking pristine and brand new with just under 7,000 miles on the speedometer. Everyone in the service department was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and I was given very sensible advice when I asked for it. Thank you very much for doing such a good job.

This is not about Davan. It is about south county Lexus calling me to bring in my car for service! I received several calls that I should bring in my car because it’s due for second service. I told your representative that my car has only 9000 miles and that I had it in at 4000 miles for service. He insisted that I should bring it in. Well, after driving 25 minutes to get there, I am told by Davan that I should bring it in at 15000 miles and it is not due for service at this time and my second oil change is not for free which is different that what I was told when I purchased it!! Complete waist of my time!!
