The only thing I found. I had previously called the parts department for wiper inserts and they said $9.99 apiece no charge for installation. But when I Got home and checked my bill I was charged 19.99 for each front wiper. I had gone in for my regularly scheduled oil change

No issue with service. Disappointed when I asked for help with a lady in waiting room who used your hand sanitizer and it hit her eye. She was miserable. I gave her saline eye drops which helped but when I asked for assistance got a very brief visit and a couple paper towels when I asked for Kleenex for lady. And then staff person disappeared. Thought they should get her name and check on her tomorrow perhaps and maybe a thank you to me. Again service and service person fine.
