Scott was great. He explained everything and was super friendly. In fact, I mentioned I was looking for a new Lexus and he told me all of the perks of getting the hybrid model I was considering. I tried to look at the car I was considering while I was waiting for my device to be done, but the salesman was completely disinterested in selling me a car. He would not show me the car I wanted to see and blew off anything I had to say. I told Scott what happened when I picked up my car and he gave me the name of the fleet supervisor and told me to call him.
