Background - I live in New Jersey but have family in Ohio. I tried a dealership a handful of times in NJ with poor customer service or extremely overpriced service. Years ago, Jeff Miller helped me with polite and prompt service identifying a valve stem issue, which is why I came back here.
I came for an oil change on Sat July 2 and Cordis took the the time to educate me on how regular oil vs synthetic pros / cons. I shared I had a tire issue as well ( car would shake slightly at a specific speed) He gave a solution, I took it and my car drives great. Very appreciative for the knowledge and not trying to jam additional services down my throat.
