I had a dead battery that needed replacement. After having called ahead and arranged an appointment with Adam for 9:30 am, I had my vehicle towed to Lexus. Unlike my many times dealing with RGD, who would call me to give an update within an hour or two, I received no call for hours. I called numerous times, during which either no one was available or there were no updates, I finally spoke to Tim about six hours after dropping off the car. I picked up the car at the end of the second day. Tim was as nice as could be when I met him in person and picked up the car. The issue was the failure of communication and updates along the way. I suspect that my vehicles was not even looked at until the late afternoon, which I understand. Yet someone needs to be transparent and provide updates. Thanks.

I called in for an oil change on Thursday, and mentioned when I purchased the vehicle last year, your MCGE manager Karman Shak, asked me to bring the vehicle for 2 free services and oil change for the next 24 month. When I received the bill, I saw $95 was deducted from a 55k miles service and asked young man who was charging me, he insisted that was the credit for the free oil change, I just don’t have the time to argue. The worst part is I had the 55k miles service with Longo Lexus.
