I was left stranded 4 days after contacting Lexus that I had problems with my car. With no response ever I decided to take off my job before Lexus closing hours to drive down with someone following me to just drop the car off. I was then put in a loner and told that I would be contacted the next day. That never happened. Four days later I was sent a message that I could pick my car up!!! I feel the service at this dealer ship has gone down hill, this makes me sad after purchasing car after car there for 15 years

As a Lexus owner o expect a certain level of service. I expect the dealership to care about not only my vehicle but making the customer happy. I’ve been told that I have to search for product numbers because the service manager for some reason cannot. If I had to search for the product number I would not have asked Lexus for help.
