Daven is great. We've bought our last 3 cars from your dealership. But we go elsewhere for most non-warranty service. Your service dept is great, and we'd pay an extra 20% more than our local shop. But the dealership is 100% more...not competitive. Love So County Lexus in general, though.

I had great difficulty scheduling tmy appointment. Numerous disconnects, failed calls, dialed calls that would not transmit, etc. Spent a good part of an hour trying to get through. If you use VOIP, please consider going back to a traditional landline.
A1 service at Metro Lexus. Everyone who worked there seemed to be happy, friendly and professional. The facility was clean and thanks for the can of Pepsi.
