I wasn’t satisfied with how the floor mat had water on and the inside of my driver and passenger door jams were wet. Before I left the dealership I took a towel from the trunk of my car to wipe the water off my car. I called to complain that there were water spots all over my car which has a ceramic finish and I had to clean my car. After spending 475.00 for a 10,000 miles service I wasn’t expecting a sloppy suds car wash on my vehicle. I was referred by my neighbors who own Lexus vehicles and spoke highly of the services they’ve experienced at the Escondido Lexus dealership. Lesson learned from this experience
