Long story short, Lexus should have paid for the entire brake actuator assembly, being that the same issue was recalled in previous Lexus cars. Also my car was barely out of warranty and very low mileage, not to mention this is a $100,000 dollar car and should never have happened, let alone charging me for any part of this. Jerod was very good at helping out and very much appreciated!
I also purchased 3 additional Lexus SUV for my children in 2021, one would think that would amount to full pay for parts and labor. I am not happy with Lexus and the way they handled their customer service!!

Hassan Sarim(my service consultant) was exceptional. He has excellent people skills which is rare in this day and age. Upon my arrival to the dealership for my service appointment, I was immediately contacted and ushered into Hassan’s office to process the vehicle service. He gave me excellent tips on maintaining service of my newly purchased Lexus and also graciously provided a loaner vehicle to me while my vehicle was being serviced. He kept me informed regarding the status of the service and promptly informed me once the service was completed. On top of all of this, South County Lexus of Mission Viejo also washed my vehicle after servicing it. Based on the service provided to me by this dealership, and in spite of the 45 minute drive to the dealership, I have decided to use them for all my future vehicle service needs.
