Service was great and Ben was great. I only checked no so I could leave a comment about the loaner. It smelled of cigarettes. My guess is the person who had it before me smoked. It gave me a headache. Everything else was awesome and I really like your dealership and the service department

Cannot solve problem, had problem with new car tires, unlike other brand its not under warranty. Have to purchase separate warranty, just heard of that. I thought new vehicle is under warranty if its under certain miles. Worst experience and wont ever buy lexus anymore
