I'm satisfied that my vehicle got an oil change but the fact that there was an attempt to charge me for services that I already completed is very unprofessional. Technician stating spark plugs need to be changed out and transmission fluid as well when we performed those items on a previous visit. Service Representative was very helpful and sorted the situation out. But Terrible experience today makes me wonder what happens if someone isn't as aware as I was and they just pay the dealer and no one says anything.
