There is seems an intangible at the center. Something missing. A spark. Appearance or feeling is that everyone seemed to want to be elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong. Overall service is good and people are friendly enough but something’s off. People there but not there. Much like your remodel. The coffee is there but not there.
A lack of happiness or enthusiasm perhaps? Who knows.

I was greatly disappointed in how my experience finished. I greatly liked Brandon (my rep) but given your new system, it made the experience extremely poor. I ended up opting for an additional service because of a typo by the tech who entered it in and Brandon's confusion on what was entered.
