My 2012 GX460 engine blew after 8 miles of driving home from lexus escondido service after coolant change and hose replacement. Had to tow it back to lexus escondido. It was found that the job was not done and now need to replace the whole engine. Josh introduced me to sammy which he said is the gm of lexus escondido. And that they will make it right. Sammy offered me that lexus will pay off the $11,000 balance off my GX460 loan, and put $6000 on a car that i will buy off the lot. I picked n RX350 with a sticker price of $29,999. After siging the docs. I found out that the agreement was not fulfilled. Although the $11,000 balance was paid off only $1,150 was applied to the car i bought. This is a nightmare
