Upon arrival both for drop off and pick up there were a lot of people that looked up from their computers and then when back about their day. No real personable greeting from anyone. Upon pickup I Had to wait for over 20 minutes after paying for service as they couldn’t find the find the vehicle. Again, lots of folks standing around … or the luxury experience that one would expect from Lexus.
