The attendant said that there was evidence of a rodent entering the cabin air filter assembly. I was sent two photos of the cabin air filter and the area of the engine compartment that they said could have sustained rodent caused chewing. The problem is that I observed no irregularities. I was offered a $900.00 estimate to correct the problem or what ever discrepancy they identified or observed. This seems too much for an evidence related repair. I have never heard of something like this happening to anyone or a vehicle that is used almost daily. I’m at a loss here…the matter or the result of this should have been shown/demonstrated more thoroughly. Besides that everything was fine. The attendant was polite and professional. I appreciated the timeliness in servicing my vehicle.

I called and told the customer representative exactly what service I needed. There was an issue with my tire and asked if they do check to make sure it’s not punctured she said yes they do that for free she made appointment. I went there and the guy over there told me that it will be a waste of time for me to wait there because they don’t do that. They don’t change the tire and it’s gonna be waste of time for me sitting for them just to tell me if the tire have a puncture or not instead the guy told me to take it to the American tires and I’m very disappointed. I drove in the rain all the way from Simi Valley to Van Nuys and I didn’t get the service that I wanted to get and American tires couldn’t help me either because their machine was not working . I will never come to your service again this is ridiculous. I was so upset it took my whole day, and it was wasted all my time.I took off from work to go there and used my sick time.
