4 hours is too long to wait for an oil change and alignment. Then I had freeway trafic to face on my 45 minute drive home. I am 78 years old so I was rather tired. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs to service.

With bad weather new it couldn’t go through car wash
But after changing out air bags surely they could have vacuumed

My service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful as my NX350 is a new vehicle. The gentleman who closed out my work after 5:30 was also very professional and even made a suggestion that I contact a technician to learn more about my vehicle. It was freezing outside but he walked me to my car and talked to me in the freezing cold weather. He is a keeper to do that.

I am still disappointed that I have been bringing my car in for the last three years with issues regarding my tire pressure sensors. In the past I’ve been told that nothing was wrong with them when they were under warranty. Now that my warranty has expired I am told that two of them are bad. I believe they have been bad the entire time.
