Ive always love going to Lexus Glendale for my service but this time its somehow weird I dont know why. Mitch asked me if I want the complementary inspection, i said why should I refuse on a freebie thats the very reason why I go to Lexus Glendale instead of going to my personal mechanic because of the freebies. I think that question was the most ridiculous question to ask a customer. I dint get it why he asked me that instead of asking me or offering me more options instead. Because of this experience I either would want to request a new adviser to be assigned to me or else I will just bring my future and services to all 3 lLexus (RX, NX, & ES) to Longo since its just a mile away from my office.
