Travis was great! However, I’d like to know why Lexus of Cleveland isn’t a AAA certified garage and doesn’t participate in AAA discounts? Also, why isn’t the diagnostic fee applied to the repair if it’s done at your facility? I could understand charging someone who chooses to get the repair done elsewhere but not if it’s done at Lexus with your mechanics. It could actually make the cost of the in-house repair more palatable. These are 2 customer conveniences that should be afforded to a Lexus customer.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Justin. However, the service order that Justin submitted was not the same that Alex received. Consequently, the problem I had with my car was not fixed inspite of the fact that I was told the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived to get my car, I noticed the mistake with the work order. It was corrected and the car was taken back into repair. Alex and Diego were extremely helpful in correcting the erroneous work order.

After arriving at dealership service was very good. Making an appointment was easy. Between these two events the system broke down when I was trying to communicate back and forth between the dealership and my insurance provider, who seemingly did not want to speak with one another, and I was left wondering about 1) details of repair, 2) cost of repair, and 3) approved provider services and materials.
