Mr. Duran is not my regular condultant and I believe he did the bare minimum. I didn't get the communication I'm used to getting. I did mention my wipers were in need of replacement and he said he would start with what I was there for,oil change and rotation. My GX was wiped down on the outside, since I brought in a clean vehicle. I will make sure Arturo is working on the day I take my vehicle in again. Mr. Duran is probably a good consultant to his regulars, I just didn't feel it. I've purchased and maintained a lot of vehicles from Hoy, mostly Toyota. Overall, I'm okay with the service.

Website pricing for 55,000 miles service for RX350L 2018 is around $360, and I was presented with around $500 that I declined. I opted for the basic oil change. Charge was $250. I asked about the Spring Service Event discount, and I was told that it doesn’t apply to my service. After the service and I picked the car, the advisor was not there and another advisor helped me. She honored the discount I asked for ($10). In summary, make website prices match what advisors see; honor promotions being put out.
