Jake read what I needed my car even before I explained about my car issues, he had contacted diligently to the warranty company for me. It was amazing experiences that I never had from other dealership (especially, from BMW:( ), I am thankful for him very much. Jake is a huge asset to Lexus for sure. -Young-
