Very happy with the service that Maryann provided. However, not satisfied with the car wash. One of the things that I look forward to when taking my car to get serviced at the Lexus dealership is the carwash. I loved getting in my clean car after it gets serviced. The interior and exterior of the car always looked nice and clean, but not this time around. There was a strange looking fluid on the side of the car that I pointed out to the valet, and the interior was not even wiped down. I understand that the carwash wash is complimentary, but that is one of the perks that I particularly look forward to when taking my car the Lexus.
