The job was poorly done
After getting home I discovered there was a tires lock, old remote battery and a plastic cover not sure where it belongs. Under the glove compartment there was a missing screw and it’s hanging. I’m very disappointed and very hard to believe this happened. Now I’m just doubting of how really the maintenance that was done was even done correctly or even done. I will be there in the am that is completely causing me inconvenience to have this inspected.

I was not kept updated on my car. I was told it would take 3-4 days to fix and after three weeks of not hearing anything. I called and was told
It had been ready for almost 2 weeks. I asked why I hadn’t received a call and was first told I had then that they must have “dropped the ball.”
This was the second time I had an issue with the communication and only had taken it back the second time bc it was under warranty at that location. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.
